The Four Seasons Hotel Nashville opened in late 2022 as a 40-storey glass tower in SoBro, two blocks from the Broadway honky-tonks and facing the Cumberland River. It gave the city something it had not had: a true luxury flagship at the centre of the action, with 235 rooms and suites whose floor-to-ceiling windows frame either the river and Nissan Stadium or the downtown neon.
The seventh-floor outdoor pool deck is the signature, a genuine resort spread of cabanas and loungers with the skyline stacked behind, and it earns its keep from spring through October. Mimo Restaurant and Bar handles coastal Italian cooking built on Southern produce, with a bar that mixes well above hotel standard, and the spa and fitness floor is large, new and rarely crowded. Service is young, warm and eager in the Nashville way, still sharpening its edges but generous with them.
Light sleepers should note what two blocks from Broadway means on a Saturday; the glazing copes, but ask for a river-facing high floor to be sure. The bachelorette energy stays outside the front door. For music pilgrims doing the Country Music Hall of Fame and the Ryman, for anyone with tickets at Bridgestone Arena, and for couples who want the city’s noise available but optional, this is now the obvious first choice.
