    We reply by email to confirm the session, agree a time that works in your timezone, and send payment details. Nothing is booked until you have both agreed it.

  3. Your One-to-One Session

    We meet on a private call and work through your trip together — the shortlist, the points, the rooms, the order of it all.

How do I pay?

Not on this page. There is no checkout here yet: you send an enquiry, we reply by email to confirm the session and send payment details. A session is $200.

Which session should I choose?

If your question is really “how do I pay for this trip with points”, take the points session. If it is “which hotel, which room, in what order”, take the hotel session. If you are not sure, send the enquiry and say so — we will tell you which one fits before anything is arranged.

Do you book the hotel for me?

No. Sessions are advice: we help you decide, then show you how and where to book it yourself. Where you book through a link on this site we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you, and it never changes what we recommend.

What do you need from me beforehand?

Whatever you already have — rough dates, the destinations on your shortlist, your points and card balances, and anything you have half-booked. The more context you send, the less of the session goes on catching up.

What happens to my details?

Your enquiry is stored privately for our team to read and reply to. It is never published on this site, and we do not add you to any mailing list from this form.
